Wal-Mart/SAM’S Club $4 generic prescription program
314 generic prescription drugs (25% of prescriptions currently dispensed at its pharmacies) are available under the $4 Program at Wal-Mart/SAM’S Club. Your provider can find out if your prescription is offered in this program.


Eyeglasses and Hearing Aid Assistance Program
Oregon Lions Club will provide free eyeglasses; however they do not have an on site assistant for prescriptions so you will need to provide your own prescription.
