Description: Community Outreach, Inc. provides a wide variety of services which include the following: Crisis Services/Information & Referral-calls are answered 24 hours a day, walk-ins from 8:00am-9:00pm; Community Kitchen & Shower-Available to clients in case management daily 8:00am-10:00am, 12:00pm-2:00pm; and 5:00pm-7:00pm; Client Telephone & Mail Service at (541) 758-3004 is available daily from 8:00am-9:00pm; Counseling Services for individuals, couples, or family counseling, and Abuse Intervention Workshops are non-emergency and by appointment only; Dental Services: for screening and care call from 8:00am-5:00pm daily for more information; Domestic Violence Services: intensive case management and support services for survivors of domestic abuse, call for more information; Emergency Food Bank: provides one food package every 90 days, open daily 5:00pm-9:00pm weekdays and all day on weekends; Emergency Shelter: short-term(7 days) shelter for men, women & families, call for more information; Families in Transition: transitional housing for families, by referral from an emergency shelter in Benton or Linn Counties only; Multicultural Assistance Program (MCAP): provides intensive case management, and translation and interpretation services, by appointment only.
