Description: Seniors and People with Disabilities provide medical assistance (Medicaid and OHP) and food stamps for elderly and/or disabled persons who have limited income and resources. They provide services for persons needing long-term care such as in-home care, adult foster care, home assisted living, a residential care facility, and nursing home care, as well as investigates elder abuse and provides protective services for the elderly and people with disabilities. They also provide assistance with support groups, supervision, and information and referral.
